One of the fastest swimmers in triathlon, “Rhodsey” returns to Central Illinois for the fifth time this summer to compete in the Evergreen Lake Triathlon.

Come join Rhodsey to improve your swimming expertise, proper technique in the water, and hear some of his racing tips and advice. The clinic will take place from 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm on Friday, July 15 next to the beach house.
